1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the DawaVale website (dawavale.pages.dev) or placing an order via our WhatsApp service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About DawaVale

DawaVale is a licensed and registered pharmacy operating in Maunath Bhanjan, Mau, Uttar Pradesh, India. We provide medicine delivery services within our designated service area via WhatsApp ordering.

3. Ordering Process

• Orders are placed exclusively via WhatsApp at +91 86043 63218.
• For prescription medicines, a valid prescription photo must be shared via WhatsApp before we can fulfil your order.
• OTC (over-the-counter) products and wellness items may be ordered without a prescription.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where a prescription appears invalid or incomplete.

4. Prescription Medicines

The dispensing of prescription medicines is subject to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and all applicable Indian regulations. By providing a prescription, you confirm that it is genuine, valid, and issued by a registered medical practitioner. Misrepresentation of prescriptions is a legal offence.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are as quoted by our pharmacist at the time of order confirmation.
• Payment is accepted via cash on delivery or UPI at the time of delivery.
• Prices may change without prior notice.

6. Delivery

• We offer same-day delivery within Maunath Bhanjan and nearby areas in Mau district.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, traffic, or other factors.
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, medicines cannot be returned once dispensed, except in the case of a dispensing error on our part. If you believe you received an incorrect product, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

DawaVale provides medicine dispensing services and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor for medical concerns. Our pharmacists can provide general guidance on medicines but cannot diagnose medical conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DawaVale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mau, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
